Welcome, I’m Zara an Edinburgh-based Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher empowering others to find balance through whole food nutrition and mindful everyday movement.
As a Nutritionist (ANutr), I believe a nourished body is the foundation for a vibrant, joyful life. Having struggled with my own relationship with food, my approach to nutritional advice is not about strict diets or deprivation but rather about embracing more wholesome, nourishing ingredients that make you feel your best. There is a lot of nutritional ‘noise’ out there and I hope to quieten that so that you can feel empowered in your food choices and ultimately better in both mind and body.
As a yoga teacher, it is with gratitude that I share this practice, combining fluid and methodical sequences with philosophical notes to help my students nurture greater self-awareness and self-compassion. Yoga, for me, is an embodied, daily practice and shows up in who I am as a friend, girlfriend, daughter and human being living on this planet.
