About Me

I am a Edinburgh-based Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Nutritionist (ANutr) encouraging whole-food nutrition, intentional movement and mindful living.

As a Yoga teacher, I complement the physical practice with philosophical qualities to help my students nurture greater self-awareness and self-compassion. My classes are often inspired by nature and the energies of the current season, combining intelligent sequencing with pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.

As a Nutritionist (ANutr), I believe that a nourished body is the foundation for a vibrant life. I am passionate about the body’s intrinsic capacity to heal and I follow a holistic approach to nutrition, emphasising whole and natural ingredients. Having struggled with my own relationship with food, I believe that nutrition is not about deprivation but rather about embracing more wholesome, nourishing foods that make you feel your best.
