A little bit about me

Zara is an Edinburgh-based Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Nutritionist (ANutr) encouraging whole-food nutrition, intentional movement and mindful living.

As a Yoga teacher, I complement the physical practice with philosophical qualities to help my students nurture greater self-awareness and self-compassion. My classes are often inspired by nature and the energies of the current season, combining intelligent sequencing with pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.

As a Nutritionist (ANutr), Zara believes that a nourished body is the foundation for a vibrant life. She is passionate about nature’s power to heal us and follows a holistic approach to nutrition, emphasising whole and natural foods that support optimal health and well-being. Having struggled with her own relationship with food, Zara believes nutrition is not about strict diets or deprivation but rather about embracing wholesome, nourishing foods that make you feel your best.
