I’ve been gratitude journaling for a couple of years now but only recently started diving a bit deeper. It’s been such a wonderful tool to get to know myself better as well as release any negative thought patterns or emotions. I thought I would share some of the questions I ask myself in the morning to help you get started with journaling if you wish to.

questions to contemplate

  • what am I grateful for today?

  • what can I learn from yesterday?

  • how am I feeling at this moment?

  • what can I do to feel better?

  • what would my ideal day look like?

  • what would I like more of today?

  • what would I like less of today?

  • what can I forgive myself for today?

  • what would I like to learn today?

  • what do I value most in myself?

  • what do I value most in others?

  • how can I be of service to another today?

  • how can I be more mindful today?

  • how can I be more content today?

  • what would I like to let go of today?
