basil hummus
Hummus is an absolute go-to and after realising how much healthier, cheaper and tastier it was to make myself I never went back to the store-bought kind. One of the best things about making hummus yourself is that you can throw in any flavours you fancy, here I used basil but I also love adding sun-dried tomatoes or black olives.
