pb & j smoothie

 

This smoothie tastes like a milkshake, it’s packed with anti-oxidants, and thanks to the healthy fats and fibre it will keep you fuller for longer and your blood sugars stable. You can hide lots of dark leafy greens in it, and it will still taste like peanut butter and berries!

Ingredients

• 1 ripe banana

• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

• 1 tbsp of peanut or almond butter

• 1 cup of almond milk

• 1 tbsp of chia seeds

• 1 tbsp of flaxseeds (ground or whole)

• 1 handful of greens such as kale or spinach
